Review Opportunity! Twisted Mirrio by Rainy Kaye

Block 12th

When a new client complains of unrelenting nightmares, she finds herself face-to-face with a demon unlike anything she has met before. It's immense, and its power only seems to be growing.

Then, her best friend is kidnapped. In attempt to find her, Safiya begrudgingly teams up with her estranged sister's ex-boyfriend and her new client to dig deeper into the supernatural world she thought she knew. As if that wasn't bad enough, doing so puts her on the wrong side of a wicked order and a man whose motives aren't quite clear. As the town descends into chaos, Safiya is forced to confront the demon head-on.

Unfortunately, her own magic has never been all that dependable.

New: Review: The Guest in the Shed (The One with Blue Eyes #1)

The Guest in the Shed (The One with Blue Eyes #1)The Guest in the Shed
by Seryna Asola
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

(I received this book free in exchange for my honest review)

My first read from this author and I didn't know what to expect. I have to say, it's been a long time since I have been completely captured by a book. Though it ending in a cliff-changer, I was bouncing with happiness. I've found my reading joy again, and I can't wait to read the other books in this series, and more from this author.

Review Opportunity!

Block 12th

The last thing McKenna Sawyer needs in her life is a stalker, even if he’s drop-dead gorgeous. She already has finals to worry about, not to mention what she’s going to do with her life once she officially graduates college. Being distracted is not an option.

Until she’s almost kidnapped and her stalker saves her.

Soon, McKenna is confronted with an earth-shattering realization: the supernatural exist, and there’s a war between them. And thanks to some curse her direct descendant—a witch—placed on both the fae and the vampires, McKenna is at the heart of it.

Now McKenna must travel to the Fae world with her stalker—the vampire Aiden—to break the curse. But he’s holding something back, something that could ruin the fragile trust the two have built up thus far, and, McKenna can’t help but wonder if she’s being led into a trap with deadly consequences.
