Furbidden Attraction: A Cursed Romance by R. O'Leary was a pretty okay read that was full of action, romance, and suspense.
My first read from this author and for this series, I was drawn in by the synopsis and that sexy cover. I love the play on words for the title, it made me chuckle and solidified my choice to grab this read.
Now, I do have some mixed feels about this book. The opening is drawing, dark, and it pulls you in right away. I was flipping the pages, just sucked into this book. Meeting Louisa, was a treat, she's fierce, sassy, and just my kind of woman. I loved her and Jack's chemistry, how they play off one another, the banter, and it brought life to the read and helped off set that darkness that was lurking around. Now for the mixed feels, as the supernatural elements got more involved, the detail tapered off, and characters kept popping up, and the plot got a little, messy. I had to reread some parts, but once I got everyone straighten, things got clear. I think another edit will help there, and made be even take somethings out. I feel like the author got flooded of ides, and tried to get it all down at once.
Overall this read was intreating, and I very much enjoyed the romance side of it. The MC's were strong, and helped carried this story when things got hectic. So please take my high recommendation and my stamp of approval, that you will fall for these MC's, and get caught in their crazy adventure.
