Blind Magic
by Natalina Reis
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Blind Magic by Natalina Reis was a sweet, heart-sting-pulling romance that had me all gushy on the inside when finished.
I love these short quirky romances, with just a touch of the supernatural. Now I will tell you that there is some made insta-love, and that's okay, because its done in a tasteful manner. There are ways to do insta-love and then there are "ways". Natalina made her characters come to life on the page, and I truly felt like that were connected.
This is a alternating POV book, (my fav) we get to experience the falling form both and we get a little more into their lives, why they are the way that they are. Not everything was roses, and I did find myself getting angry with some, crazy evil creatures that kept trying to keep my new favourite couple apart.
The writing was easy to follow and it never waver from the plot. I did felt like there could have a bit more descriptions in some places, but this isn't that long of a story, so I can see if the author wanted to keep the word count down. But in all, where it counted, like with the hot detective and his current state of injury, she did a wonderful job.
In all, I loved this book. It was a quick yet refreshing read that got you in all the right feels. It has a gushing cheeks TV movie romance feel. It will put you in a good mood and have you cheering for this sweet, loving pair of idiots. Take my high recommendation that you will love this book.
