Oh the feels in this one!
Though I know how it turns out, it still gets me every time.
Yusuke holds agents Toguro so Keiko and the others don't get hurt. In the anime he gives a nice little speech saying how he would like to grow old with her, very cute. And is the first time he openly admits to loving her.
But man that scene, gets me every time. Just the look on Yusuke's face, pure hurt, defeat, and helplessness.
The fighting is intense, and the art work is masterfully done as if you’re right there, standing on the sidelines watching it.
Yusuke really grows in this volume, he lost some of that snark and finally experiences lose. It’s a low blow for him, as he has always managed to come out on top no matter the situation.
This is a quick volume, as most of it, is fighting, but it’s one of the best, because of the emotions and changes we get to see in Yusuke.
