I loved this book!
It was fun, witty and down right cool as hell.
The flow was smooth, the plot was fully explained, and it had that slow romance that always gets me right in the feels. Though I would have love to have known more about Derek. He kind of popped out of nowhere and I really wanted to get more backstory on him.
I loved how Lizzy was close with her family, and how much her mother worried about her. There was this nice scene with them on the beach and it got me right in the girl feels. This story is just as much about family as it is about saving the last descended.
I highly recommend this book, it's a wonder to read, and I really hope there is a next one.
