Cleat Chaser

(I received this book as an ARC for honest review on behalf of http://dontjudgeread.blogspot.ca/)
This joint project for Aaron and Howell felt like it was forever to get here, and now that the wait is over I’m sad. I already miss the characters, the banter and oh yeah the steamy sex scenes!
I’m not a fan of insta-love. It’s every where and unrealistic. But let’s face it, who wants reality when they read!? I know I want a world that I can escape to that while it isn’t an easy road and there are still obstacles in place, there’s a happy ending around the corner. I enjoyed how Kyrie fought her attraction to Easton and failed, epically. I love how the best friend has her back like a best friend should.
I’m glad they didn’t write a love triangle into the book when an old flame comes into play. That while Kyrie had feelings come flooding back she knew it was Easton who was burned into her skin.
I know I’m looking forward to reading more from these two authors individually but I can’t pretend that I’m not hopeful for another team up from this dynamic duo!
Happy Reading
