Snow White Blood Red (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #1)Snow White Blood Red by Cameron Jace
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A short read, but not lacking in the slightest.

There's this sinister tone, that draws you in. The mystery of it all, the tid bits of foreshadowing and name or lack of name dropping, hooks you, and pulls you in to read, hoping you will get a hint of who, the evil queen is.

This is a different take on the old stories we know, and don't know. It's dark, cold, and a tease to whats to come, it's a tease as to getting us thinking about what side we're one, and who's side is actually right.

I highly recommend this short, it's a start down a cold shadow of the things we know and what we are left to know.

Happy reading

Ashes to Ashes and Cinder to Cinder (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #2)Ashes to Ashes and Cinder to Cinder by Cameron Jace

Short but telling.

In this second prequel we are taken to the future, a look at what needs to be done to stop, to change the out come of a pending fairy tail war.

The charters are lively and witty. I got to know what Alice is like and what she tying to do.

This road is dark, and I like it.

Happy Reading.

Ladle Rat Rotten Hut (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #4)Ladle Rat Rotten Hut by Cameron Jace
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Little Red Riding Hood

Do you know the real story, do you know what she really is and why she went to grandmothers house that day!

Is the wolf really the bad guy?

Is grandmother really the victim?

Twisted, and scary, I will forever look at the colour red a different way.

Happy Reading

Mary Mary Quite Contrary (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #5)Mary Mary Quite Contrary by Cameron Jace
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells, and cockle shells,
And pretty maids all in a row.

Once you read this, you will never see that nursery rhyme the same again!
