As I was searching the internet aimlessly, I came across a shocking (in a fangirl sort of way) article, stating that Rick Riordan's, (Author of the popular Percy Jackson and Kane Chronicles series), The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #1) is going to be onstage as a musical adaptation.
Well I thought, I don't know if that's going to be amazing, or ruin a series that I very much Love.
Unfortunately for me, I am nowhere near the area where this littler wonder will be taking place. So I will have to wait on other peoples reviews to form an opinion. Hopefully someone will record it.

See 'Lightning Thief' Friday at Clemens Center
"The Lightning Thief," a new musical adapted from the book by Rick Riordan, will be performed at Clemens Center in Elmira as part of the Clemens Center's Mary Tripp Marks School-Time Series for two 60-minute shows at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Friday.

As you can see this isn't a big production, but still, if I could I would, without a doubt, get out to see it.
